Marcin Cmiel - one of founders of Choral Society "LIRA", in years 1997-2008 he was the secondary conductor, currently he's the artistic director.

He graduated from Warsaw Fryderyk Chopin Music Academy (currently Fryderyk Chopin University of Music) and earned a master's degree of Musical Arts. From the earliest years he has been involved in choral music, and sung and work with Warsaw choirs, including Choral Society Lutnia, Cantores Luvenes, ATK Choir (currently UKSW), University of Warsaw Choir.

He found and conducted Warsaw Mixed Choir Cantemus, with whose he participated in over 100 events, including these in Teatr Wielki and Fryderyk Chopin Music Academy.
